Cathy has touched my professional and personal life in numerous ways. I have worked directly with Cathy through my involvement in Leadership Tusc, Women’s Authentic Connections Circle, Trinity Hospital Lunch and Learn Series and most recently my Career Coaching sessions. Cathy has helped me grow in my working relationships, my networking opportunities, my professional life and my personal life. Her wisdom, knowledge, expertise and more importantly caring and compassionate nature has inspired me. She has given me the confidence to charge ahead with my new and exciting career. Cathy sees potential in me and has challenged me to see it too. Her gift to bring out the very best in people is second to none. At one of our Leadership Tusc classes, we were asked to name one person who has changed our lives and why. I choose Cathy Geib. She has invested her time to work with me to help me discover my capabilities and strengths. I will be forever grateful to her.

An authentic educator, Cathy encourages personal and professional growth and development with an optimistic influence. Through her coaching in Leadership Tuscarawas, she shared valuable insight and knowledge from her diverse education and extensive career by introducing new ways to view ourselves, others around us, and the perceptions and misconceptions associated with those relationships. Cathy inspired positive change among our entire class including those individuals who would be considered seasoned veterans in their specialized fields. Her unique approach encouraged classmates to embrace their distinctive qualities and to utilize more unbiased methods to effectively lead others.

I now have the confidence and tools, such as the Emotional Intelligence model and others, to succeed on all levels: leader, team member, co-worker, mother, wife, and friend. My confidence has increased tremendously with this experience as I am taking risks that I previously would not have done. Participating in the program has been a motivating and educational experience that has already proven beneficial in my personal and professional life.
